We decided to have a quiet Christmas party this year with all the core team in San Diego. To honor the greatness of Hee Go Lo we decided to go to a Chinese Restaurant. Chin's Seafood and Grilll was relaxed and excellent. Present was Clinton, Kelley, Aidan, Neil (as Santa Rayz), Carol, Lynn, Andre, Marv and Peter. We shared some food together and then sat and talked about the direction of the company and how to make some major improvements.
We looked at how far we have come since we started just over 16 months ago on this path of experiential training and teaching everything through games and wardrobe and characters. We are already getting known as the number one expert in the world at creating games and the buzz out in the industry is that our students are constantly raving about us. Students are getting to be excited about what we are doing and are looking forward to being part of our family.
Were will we be in a years time. Wow. Ideally between 800 to 1000 Lifetime Members, with a worldwide base of 30 countries and a family that is truly global and loves to come and spend time together. We are going to be making it harder for people to join us and what we are doing so that we only have the right people.
This Christmas Party was small. Next year will be an entirely different picture. Thank you for taking the time to follow what is happening with us and I look forward to sharing with you in the New Year.

Pruning the Dead Wood
One of the most challenging tasks facing entrepreneurs is how to deal with customers who are ether difficult or are non performing. Speaker Dan Kennedy says you should fire 10% of your customers every year. If 80% of your money comes from 20% of your customers you should reduce the balance and focus where the greatest success is.
Recently I decided to do just that. I decided to clean up my company books for a year and put on notice about 20 Lifetime Members from our family that were no longer meeting their commitments. Two things will happen. Either they will pull their act together and play a more committed game or they will voluntarily leave in which case they were never serious about being part of our community. There are a couple who will break my heart if they leave. However if the training room is limited by some of the slowest students then those who are not committed will drag the high performing students down.
We have our highest performing students coming to Certification training in early January and that is going to be amazing. To find out more about visit Facilitator Certification.

Introduction to 'My Frontier Family'

Welcome. This Blog has been setup to share with our growing Frontier Family around the world some of the backgrounds about what is happening, where I get the inspiration from to create such life changing games and courses and what is really important to me. This company has evolved over a number of phases to its current form. It is a training company that is designed to teach business and investing through games and simulations.
The company is already world-standard in its creation and execution of games. The largest it has run is 1300 people. As the lead trainer I have spoken overseas in this year alone in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Scotland, Spain, Australia, Canada, South Africa and the USA. I love to travel and love to share the lessons I have learned with my students. I am building a Championship Team, man of whom you will meet over the coming weeks.
Our courses are unique in they are heavily based on immersive learning meaning we change the room look and feel. This is done through physically rearranging the room, changing the lighting, the music and the trainers and staff dress in different costumes to assist in creating a different environment. This is called 'Experiential Games Technology' and created powerful and life-changing results in the students. Each game or process gets taught by a different 'character' or personality and as a result I have an extensive Faculty of teachers who turn up to support the courses. Here is a sample of the Faculty.
Some of the characters are hilarious, others demanding and powerful and others just off-the-wall but each has a distinct purpose and lessons to share.
Our introductory course is called 'Play To Win' and is offered at no charge to business owners and investors to come and check out what we are doing and see if it can add value. If it can we invite them to join our Lifetime Membership program and become a part of our Frontier Family.
Thank you for reading this entry and I look forward to meeting you (again) soon,
Clinton
